I had the same feeling, it felt like I was hearing the album the way it was meant to be heard or something. I am a child of the 80's and the walkman. so I grew up listening on cassettes and then Cd's just assuming it was a better listen, but now I am wondering if it was more a convenience than actual listening experience. which is sort of interesting, that the original technology may in fact.

The Raspberries stuff I believe was mixed at the time for a slightly tinny sound for AM radio play. The UK RPM stuff isn't too shabby but, I'd really like to see all of their catalogue Hoffmanized of course.

Turn found sounds into sweet music with Sequence. Transform the sound of an espresso steaming or a bike chain clicking into cool compositions with a new app from Incident.

The CD-versus-vinyl debate — and, by extension, the debate over digital versus analog sound — has only grown. By , vinyl's resurgence as a marketable product and fetish property appeared.
