Now the Flower Kings are back again with another double (YES! That Right!) another double CD that is excellent in content. Wow! I was just getting used to "Roine's solo CD "Wall Street Vodoo" (another double CD!) that was just released last fall. Now only a few months later the Kings are back with "Paradox Hotel" another CD that doesn't suck!

Jul 13,  · It's definitely not a lesser album than Paradox Hotel imo. I agree with much of your list though especially the first four or five. For the newbie I would steer clear of the following albums until they really get into the band: Adam and Eve, Rainmaker, Paradox Hote and Desolation Rose.

The Flower Kings, Swedish Progressive group led by one of the most experienced members of the scene Roine Stolt, have released a new album, titled - Paradox Hotel. This is yet another 2CD the group has to offer its fans and it contains yet another "epic" over 20 minutes in length. This can't go wront, right?

If you enjoyed the band’s first two albums, I would say this is a return to form so-to-speak. For fans such as myself, I have a special place in my heart for each of The Flower Kings releases but Paradox Hotel is one that I will reach for more often.
